Just a reminder to those who are interested the graduate support group will meet tonight at Weight Wise. This is for those who are close to being 12 months or more out from WLS. The graduate group only meets once a month.

Graduate group is actually quarterly at this time. I am hoping that will change soon but .....

I should be there this evening - unless my world changes - since I cannot go tomorrow night due to my daughters 27th birthday......sheez I am getting old!!!

unfortunatley OWLO has very few post ops that are a year out that still attend meetings unless I threaten them and then they just hide.

being healthy has its rewards....take the challenge and just do it

Sorry I missed tonight folks. I needed some face to face time with a friend. I will not be at group tomorrow because it is my daughter's birthday. Hopefully next week I'll be there to see everyone!

WE missed you last night. We had about 10 graduates there and the discussion was awesome. We have different issues as we get 12 months plus out as I'm sure you are very aware of. It's a constant battle and we are constantly using our tool!!! Enjoy your time with your daughter for her birthday and hopefully we'll see you next week!!!
