this week 147.00
down 4.2 and below goal.
I may have to rethink that goal (150), because the thing I did differently this week was I did NOT count calories and I spent a lot of time at the stable and working my dogs.
Gonna see what another week of not counting calories does. (I do watch protein levels-I can't let that go too low or I get into snack trouble fast).
I'm almost 5'5", so I am way above too skinny, and I'm not doing anything unhealthy, so I'm just going to let things ride for a bit.
I even had a 'real' Braums milkshake this week made with carb control ice cream-please do NOT do that if you intend to be with other people for the next 12 hours or so (unless they are people you don't like). The gas was so bad I felt sorry for the dogs.

I hope you are not jealous of the gas....wheeew!
This is a truly blessed time in my weight life-I've never been ok with my current size before (which is part of my problem, I was never small enough no matter how small I got).
I do still watch my choices, pick protein first and I don't think that will ever change, but as long as I do that, everything just seems to fall into place.
