What is wrong with me
I am almost 3 weeks post op. During my 2 weeks of liquids I could care less if I ate or not. I drank crystal light and water. I didn't eat jello, broth, nothing jus****er and crystal light. I am able to eat mushies but could care less about food I can' drink my protien all my vitiams make me sick ( i have chewable ones) I eat what is on my list but as soon as I eat I begin dry heaving and throwing up. I am not hungry I don't want food. I am under alot of stress with my marriage. My blood pressure at mt 2 week post op apt was 73/42 I am tired and weak. I do eat but it just won't stay down. I have a hard time with anything bu****er. I have cotton mouth all the time, I have liquid stools 4 x's a day. What is going on with me. The Dr has no clue.

There's something wrong if your doctor can't give you good advice! I would call again until you get answers because this doesn't sound normal to me. I had the sleeve so I can't say for sure. Your BP is way too low and that will make you feel really bad. Maybe you're dehydrated? And if so, that is dangerous and not something to play around with! Call your doc again! NOW!!!
I am not a doctor but it sounds like you are depressed. I could care less for food for 6 months out. Sweetie after having wls you will never experience hunger again. YOu will have head hunger but not anything called phyiscal. So what you are experiencing that is way is normal. But the dry heaves could be dehydration..or you could have a stricture.
Stress will cause ALOT of physical aliments that you would not have had prior to WLS...now the body behaves differently. As for diahrrea some of that s from the protein and the water you drink. Tell the DR that if he has NO clue where in the blazes of hades did he get his medical degree? And then go to your ER...If you get to dehydrated it could cause you to lose conscious and even go into a coma and if you wait to late...Death. Cotton mouth, being to tired, no energy is a sign of dehyrdation...plus low protein will cause you to have no energy.
Now DO I have to come there drag you out of your house throw you over my shoulder and take you to the doctor???

You definitely sound dehydrated. When I was having so much trouble getting my fluids in, I became severely dehydrated and was so weak I could barely walk. With your diarrhea, you can dehydrate very quickly. It is very important that you contact the doctor right away. If he doesn't know what to do, go to the ER. They can give you fluids and do a CT to see if there is an underlying problem. Good luck.

Dr. G will know what to do for you. He's been doing this for a LONG time. Trust him and call him. You will feel better in no time. Its probably like everyone else said dehydration. I have been blacking out when I stand up and I didn't know why. I mentioned it to my dr. when I was in there and he said DEHYDRATION can do that to you. It can do LOTS of things to a body!
You are going to go through so many emotional changes right now too. Your hormones are all out of wack! So, my unprofessional advice to you (LOL!) is to call your dr. and hang in there you are gonna be ok!
