Sit back and enjoy the wild ride.  Your body is in charge of the ship right now.  Who knows how much you will lose this next month???  Anyone that says any specific number is making it up- it may be an educated guess but it is still a guess.  How fast you lose is dependent on so many factors- age, sex, body weight, exercise level, metabolism, hormones, and on and on.

You will get there but your body will decide when and how.  Follow the rules you were given.  That is the only control you have at this point.

I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

Okay for one thing your weight loss depends on how much you weigh...for example if you are super morbid obese you will lose faster...ie example a 400 pound woman will lose more than a 275 one. Plus the more protein you take it the more you will lose. Another example of that is this I was doing 125 a day when I lost 225 pounds I cut my protein down to 66-77 a day..As of today I am going back up to 120-130 just to get to my goal.
So please dont beat yourself up or expect to lose more weight than your body is willing to lose.
As for the two week stall..there is no such thing...that is when the body catches up with the poundage and starts rearranging the fat you do have..so you will lose inches
being healthy has its rewards....take the challenge and just do it

It IS a wild ride, but try not get all caught up on what is going to happen or what day the pounds will come off or anything like that.  Focus on following the rules and making good choices-that is the best advice I can give you.
