Ties Club

Has anyone heard of the Ties Club? I heard about it on the radio when we had that bad ice storm and the DJs were making a list of clubs and organizations that were closed due to the storm. I heard it was about having WLS. Can anyone tell me about it.

I have never heard of it...sounds like a strange name for WLS
