Just remember one thing...after your surgery it will take you all day to get your water in so pace yourself...start sipping out of like medicine cups ie like for cold meds..cause thats what they will use in the hospital. Anything that is not full of sugar or caffiene is allowed.EXCEPT for pop. I loved this instant chocolate drink thst you add to water..it was like yahoo..Wal mart sold it...
