Happy Easter and A Hit
Hope everyone had a Happy Easter! I made Lynette's Lemon Souffle Cheesecake -- with one alteration. I used lime jello instead of lemon. It was like eating a Key Lime Pie! My daughter-in-law thought whe was in heaven. everyone enjoyed it and had no idea it was low fat and sugar free -- and had protein too!
I have not made the macaroons yet. Walmart only had sweetened coconut and I have not had time to go elsewhere.
