Start easy till you know how they effect you-some of the sugar alcohols can give a person the trots. I never can remember which one sets me off-until it's too late...LOL. You mentioned Jolly rancher, and that's one I know for sure is OK with me. (but I don't like the watermelon ones and it annoys me to have to throw away a quarter of the bag....).
Brachs SF cinnamon discs also do well.
I love the watermelon and dont like the razzberry ! hahaha I will def have to get some cinnamon disc, i love those! Thanks! I am currently sitting in the dark living room drinking my protein shake, while my family is in the dining area eating grilled chicken, grilled asperagus, and grilled taters! YUM YUM!...oh and drinking some vino!
Bless your heart! Reading this brings back such memories. Those first 14 days on liquids were rough for me too. Hang in there girl becuase the best is yet to come and when you start mushies or whatever your dr calls it, it will be like heaven.
