Fire

Prayers going up and out for all of the folks in the line of the fires or nearby.  And the firefighters who are working so hard to contain them.

Everyone is still in my prayers because there is so much devastation in that area.  I pray that the emergency personnel are all safe as well as the residents.  I've been watching again today and it is still a danger of hot spots reigniting.  Stay safe my friends!

I am safe.  However, many of our teachers were affected by the fire.  As far as I know none lost their homes but they had damages- smoke or loss of out buildings.  It was a hard day at school today.  Thanks for checking on us.

I am glad that everyone is ok and I hope that they get all teh hot spots out and the rain comes on in even if it will put a damper on Easter.

I have been thinking about all in that area, and glad to hear you are safe.  A granddaughter of a lady at my wife's church lives in MWC and her house was burned to the ground.  So sad. 

My brother is staying with some friends off of NE 50 & Hiwassee area.......says its bad....
SAys that the fire(s) were threatening the HS area..........I can't reach him today and don't know what's going on through today?   Still burning ?

What part of MWC was destroyed ?  STreet wise - cross streets - ???

I am so sad for those effected by the fires.  It seems so harsh, everything gone.  I'm still praying for everyone.  I know it is devastating, at least most lives were saved.
