Maybe your scales need new batteries!!  I'm sorry that you are so frustrated.  You are doing so good, but it must be very aggravating to say the least.  I do agree with whoever recommended you upping your calories for a day or so.  Your body may be just being stubborn and the increased calories may fool it into giving up some weight.

Thanks Kim!  Unfortunately, they are the kind you used to get on in a doctor's office so there are no batteries required!  LOL!

I am gonna come and kick your scale's butt for not stopping at lower numbers.  Then I'm gonna kick its butt for calling my scales and the two of them ganging up on us.  Dirty little so and so's.  (Again, toning it way down).  We'll show them, just hope it's soon!  Love ya, Michael

 OK IF YOU ARE EXERCISING ARE YOU DOING THE SAME ROUTINE EVERY TIME? IF SO TRY TO CHANGE IT UP A LITTLE. THAT MIGHT HELP SUPER CHARGE YOU!! GOOD LUCK AND DON'T GIVE UP!! OH YEAH MEASURE YOURSELF ALSO. YOU KNOW YOU MAY BE LOSING INCHES INSTEAD OF POUNDS AND IT WILL MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER!

I could kick my own a$$ that I never measured myself ever.  How stupid was that?  I need to do that ASAP!  I do think I may be smaller in some spots than I was.  (hoping anyway)

I actually did buy a recumbent stationary bike about 5 weeks ago and changed my exercise from treadmill to that and it didn't make a difference.  I still walk with my walking group too.  I probably need to strength train and that would make a difference.

Thanks for your help!  Some day I'll laugh at all of this!

Well, I think you are beautiful and look fantastic! That being said, everybody is lookin' good. It will pass..you're not done yet.

Look at it this way, your skin is having time to adjust..you won't be as hangly dangly as I am! :D

Anyway, don't let those scaLes take over your life. I honestly don't weigh very often any more. Let your clothes be your guide. Are they still getting loose?

Remember, you can still be losing inches. You look beautifiul.

Hey there stranger!!!  We've missed you.  I know you're getting all reved up to be a grandma!!!  It's awesome.  I have a grandbaby myself and it's a whole lot more fun than being the parent.  You get to just have fun with them and the responsibility is with someone else!!!  Some of us are going to the graduate group at WW on the 15th...come join us!!!

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!

I am gonna say this once stop the insanity over your stall. Instead of killing the dang thing..simply store unused items on it...kick it to the curb..sling it in the trash like yesterdays news paper and become FREEEEEEE!
If you do not lose another single pound would that be horrible? if you wee on any onther diet would you have lost as much as you have?????
So sweetcakes.....shock your body BIG time...go carb it one day and see what happens the following couple of days...
and remember this...your body is adjusting to the weight loss and is holding on to every pound it can...chane your exercise routine and the time of day that you exercise and just know this I loves ya no matter what muuahhhh
being healthy has its rewards....take the challenge and just do it
