I'm chunking my scales...

I'm chunking my scales!  They do NOT love me and I certainly don't love them!  I expect to stall but this is ridiculous!  So buh-bye Mr. Scales - don't darken my door until I call you!

I certainly hope that I haven't hit the end of the road and my honeymoon period is over.  I can't figure it out.  I'm not eating enough calories to sustain this weight, I'm exercising, I'm taking my vitamins, I'm drinking my 64 oz, I just don't get it!

Ok, thanks, I needed to get that off my chest!  Thanks for listening!  I do feel better.  Remember, that is what family is for, to listen to you whine.  And all *****ad this earned their keep today!

I am so sorry you are still stuck.  It makes no sense to me either.

Have you tried a few high calorie days interspersed into the normal days and some low, low days?  Maybe you could confuse the heck out of your body
and trick it into giving up some more weight??  Maybe the 5 day pouch test?
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

I've thought about high calorie, I've thought about going on liquids, I'm kinda sick of thinking about it.  I over thinking it a bit, probably!  I have considered the 5 day pouch test.  Heck, I don't know what to do.  This too shall pass...some day!

I am so sorry too that you are still fighting this one lb till you get in the freakin club!! It is amazing what our body can do to us!! I am still waiting on celebrating that one lb loss so we can take a pic in this crown! I know it will happen! It will...I know that right now I am in a body adjustment phase but you do wonder how you are even existing on the small amount of calories that we consume compared to what I used to eat.....I agree with Happy....freak your body out for a couple days and see what happens....I'm getting the crown polished so it will be ready!!

Keep that crown glittery and sparkly - I know that some day I'm gonna need it.  No way can my body hang on forever....I hope!  Thanks for the sweet words!

This really sucks!!! I mean, with the small amount of food we eat, we shouldn't have to worry about tricking our bodies, but, Denise is right, sometimes, that will do it - can't hurt to try...You are right, though...ditch the scales! Try to weigh only once a month, I know it's hard, but, lately the scales have not been rewarding, so, put them out of your mind, and make it a once a month routine. When you are as far out as I am, or even at 10 months like you are, it is probably best to give it three to four weeks before weighing. I know you will see better results a few weeks down the road! ~HUGS~

Thanks, my sweet friend!  This is disgusting!  And I guess you're feeling it too.  We should let our clothes do the talking, not the scales.  Maybe we need to pinky swear!!!
