Hey some of us guys do some cooking also! LOL. Anyway I am going to try this. I think you could cut the carbs also by using sugar free organic vanilla and using stevia instead of splenda. I just hate using splenda because of how bad it is for you. Anytime you take sugar and wa**** with chlorine and then ingest 40% of that chlorine it is a bad thing.

I have found it is all in the brand. I use stevita stevia for powder and use sweetleaf stevia liquid. I have also done a lot of research on conversions of how much to use. I have made several things now with stevia and they are great. If you used Truvia in your recipes you might want to look at a different brand. I have found that the powder does not work well in liquids like tea and coffee and it is best to use the liquid which I think tastes great in them.
