Good morning my fellow Oklahoma (and surrounding areas) Losers!  I'm a little frustrated because the scales aren't moving!  I try to tell myself it's because I'm not being able to exercise much becaues of my knee...and my mother has been in the hospital and then here for over a week....but I'm beginning to get anxious because I'm stuck at 241.  I'm having knee surgery on Wednesday, so exercise will be out for a few days...but as soon as the stitches come out I should be able to get back in the water.  We'll see.

I'm trying to be positive and think I'm losing inches....I really do think that, my clothes are fitting differently, and I glanced in the mirror the other night and went WHOA!!!!

I'm off to Dallas for the Stars final home game tonight......and get this...my first ever..professional sports game.  I'm anxious to see how it is!

Hugs,
Marsha

Stalls are a natural part of the process.  Try to grin and bear it.  I've had more than my fair share of them and we really have no choice except to endure.  It will eventually break!  In the meantime, start tracking all you are eating and make sure there are no *****s in the nutritional armour!

In the meantime, I feel your pain.  We'll both get through this!

It happens to the best of us , just remain positive and focused and you will do just fine !!  Good luck with your knee surgery!!
