I was released from the hopital earlier this afternoon. Dr kirk kept me an extra night because my pulse was going into the150-160s and I was running a 101 temp.  Dr g said my surg took a little longer than he first thaught because I had such a thick layer of belly muscle(my mom said when i lose more wt I could have a six pack) When I came out of recovery I was in a lot of pain and I asked my husband what was thinking, they wouldn't let me up untill friday morning because I was groggie and couldn't keep my eyes open. Once I got up I did alot better and water never tasted so good. My husbad was by my side exept when he left to go get himself food. He was such a big help and still is.I am not hungery at all and all I want is water. I can eat maybe 4 bites of my jello but thats it I am trying to get my protin shake down. I bought the one from wal-mart and it taste really good I have been mixinh it with skilm milk, (thanks okiechick for telling me about the protein from wal-mart.) I couldn't drink the protin shakes while at the hopital they caused my little tummy to get upset. Thanks for all the prayers and kind words>

I'm so glad to hear you are home and doing better. It will be no time until you are back on your feet! One of our nurses from the hospital says that if you have to choose between your protein and water, choose water, so don't worry so much about the protein right now, just besure and get the liquids in. I'm glad you like the protein I do because it is cheap but yet good! I did water in mine after the surgery for two weeks and I still liked it.
Well, girl welcome to the bench!! I can't wait to hear about your losses! Keep drinking and walking! Congratulations on the new you!
