Move over cause i will be on the losers bench in less than 12 hours. I have to be at Bailey Medical Center at 8 am and surg is going to be at 9am. I made it passed the clear liq. diet but it was really really hard. I will post as soon as I feel up to it. thanks for all the best wishes and the good luck. I need all the luck I can use right now. I am starting to get really scared and wondering if I doing this at the right time (since the times are so rough) I have no pto or vacation time to use because I work prn so I will be home 6 weeks with no pay I need all the prayers I can get because I feel I am already sinking with all the added expences I didn't know about and now the lovenax injections may not be covered by my insurance and they are over 700.00 and I do not have that kinda money so any little extra prayers would be helpful.

Thanks Christina

I AM MOVING OVER RIGHT THIS MINUTE TO MAKE ROOM FOR YOU!!!!  I will be thinking of you and praying that all goes quickly and smoothly.  I was so nervous right up to the day of surgery and when I woke the morning of the big day, I had the most peaceful feeling come over me..  It was a very easy surgery and I would do it again in a heart beat.
I know what you mean about the lovenox injections.  I about fell over when they told me how much they would be.  I just said some extra prayers and got this body up moving and chose not to take the injections.  Just remember to sip sip sip and walk walk.  You will be fine!!!
Good luck and I will be watching for a post to see how you are doing.

HUGS,

I will be praying for you and a speedy recovery.  I don't remember what kind of work you do but I sit at a desk to work and was only off work 1 week and did fine after my lap RNY.  You must do manual labor to need to be off 6 weeks I'm assuming.  Of course, everyone is different and we heal at different rates.  I don't personally know anyone who had to be off work that long.  Take care girlfriend!!!  Welcome to the looser's bench!!!

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!

By now, you're out of surgery and sleeping peacefully, no doubt. Take care, and you are in my prayers, Christina.
Blessings,

I'm praying that your surgery went well and you are a loser by now!  Congrats to you!
I got really lucky with my Lovenax injections.  The supplier I was supposed to get mine through made a mistake by not sending them to me. It made my Dr. Mad so I got mine for free. (I assume he said something to the sales rep) I can't ask for better then free!
Anyway I hope you have a WONDERFUL weighloss Journey!  I know I am!
Hugs

By now you've already had surgery and are hopefully feeling up for walking soon. The sooner the better! I was up and walking about 2 hours after surgery and BOY did it really help my pain!! I'll be thinking about you and praying for you. Welcome to the other side!
