I am forever feeling like I have an air bubble in the middle of my chest and cannot get it up. I can't burp it up. Is this normal? Am I drinking or eating too fast? It bothers me constantly.

I think it's pretty normal.  I had that problem too.  Are you drinking with a straw?  They say that you get more air in when you drink with one.  I think I swallowed air no matter what.  You might try slowing down but you are prbably drinking pretty slow as it is.  Sorry, I'm not much help!

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!

Thanks Debbie. I am not using a straw. they told me not to when I was in the hospital. I just always feel like I have an air bubble.

You are pretty new from surgery-it took me a good couple of months for all the gas they pumped into me to clear-I feel like I needed to fart or belch constantly for awhile.

I didnt have that problem. I suggest you walk..sounds strange but that will loosen up the gas plus on THE DOCTORS they showed if you lay on your back and bring your leg up close to your chest you will release more gas aand beable to potty better
being healthy has its rewards....take the challenge and just do it
