Yeah!!! I lost 5 lbs so far on my pre-op diet.

That means I have 5 more to go before surgery.  I have had a hard time and I mean I have been grouchy and upset because I have to give up bread, tortillas, rice, pasta.  I'm like a little child who had there ice cream cone taken away from them,  LOL.   I know it's for the best.  I'm doing well with eating my meat, veggies, fruit, and all my water.  Kathy at WW wants me to exercise walk for 15 minutes, 3 times a week.  I started yesterday.  So anyway, any suggestions on receipes that are no carbs out there???

You can do this...After awhile those other foods aren't as important as the weight loss so you will see, it gets easier....well kinda! Hang in there and keep up the good work! You are doing great!

Keep on going.  Giving up the white carbs is never easy, but it's so very worth it!
