Weekly Weigh In

151.8-rock steady. I should be quiet, but I have to tell you, I've weighed a couple of times in the last week and it's been up and down from that number. Just MORE proof I need to pick a day, weigh on it, and move on with my life.
Eating to maintain is freaking me out. I know how to cut back and restrict to lose and if I'm not doing that I really panic that I'm going to gain. The other thing I'm doing is not counting calories-but I can only manage it every other day. (My theory is, if I don't count one day, but count the next, nothing can creep up).
I'm trying to be honest as I can and share what this part is like too so that no one is taken unawares. It's not bad, just different, and takes some getting used to.
This week: 131 lbs
Change: 0 lbs
Not bothering me any :) I'm trying to stay between 130-135 (around 132).
