Remember to look at what you already HAVE

The world is probably always going to have a crisis going on somewhere.  I'm stressed about the economy and I'm OK right now.  So that got me to thinkin a bit-Do we worry so much about what MIGHT happen that we are losing the joy in what is happening now?

I didn't put it OT, because it does relate to weight loss.  Don't let the pounds you need to lose diminish the pounds you've already lost.  Remember to take joy in the things you can do that you couldn't do before, and not just the first time you do it, but every time you do it.

Kahlil Gibran wrote that thirst when the well is have full is the thirst that can't be quenched....and I think that goes for hunger too.

Love you guys!

You are always so wise, Ms Deb!  I try to keep your messages in mind when I am stressing out about things I have no control over.

Have a good Sunday, all!

I do try to truly enjoy and appreciate every day.  I'm so blessed and I am grateful.  I tell my hubby I love him every single day.  Life can be short so make it count!

Thanks Deb for the reminder.  I've been so wrapped up in the fact that I haven't reached my goal that I have forgetten to remember how far I've come.  I do tell my husband daily several times and kids when I talk to them that I love them.  Those things NEVER need to wait....we never know like Glitter said when we might not have that opportunity ever again.  I think we should all make a list of the blessings we have every day instead of the things we haven't done, accomplished or possibly that job we don't have right now or the money we may have lost in retirement accounts!!  Thanks for the reminder!!!

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!
