I'm pretty sure that on Dr. G's diet we're allowed to do yogurt & lowfat milk.  I've been making protein shakes with the isopure powders from GNC.  Add a little single serve packet of crystal light and the flavors are unlimited.  Use one of the shaker bottles to measure everything out before you put it in the blender.

1 4 oz container Activia light (Vanilla, Peach, Berry, whatever)
8 oz Light Silk Vanilla soy milk (check with the nutirtionist if you want to use the chocolate, it's good but it's got 19 g sugar for one serving)
1 scoop Vanilla or Chocolate protein powder
crushed ice

Toss it all in the blender & give it a whirl.  It will make a 20 oz shake and the ice will help fill you up AND get some of your water for the day.

Some of the flavor combos that are good:

Vanilla yogurt, vanilla protein & orange crystal light for an Orange Julius.
Vanilla yogurt, vanilla protein, tbsp of decaf instant coffee, tbsp sugar free coffee syrup for a Frappucino.
Vanilla yogurt, chocolate protein, light chocolate soy milk, decaf instant coffee, sugar free coffee syrup for a Mocha Frap.
Vanilla or berry yogurt, vanilla protein (or chocolate for a chocolate covered), berry blend Crystal Light for a Berry Smoothie.

I'm going to try Vanilla yogurt, vanilla protein, & the pomegranite/cherry Crystal Light today.

I do two shakes a day and a light meal, and I'm rarely hungry.  HTH!!

Ideas for the liquid broth stage: Remember there are many types of broth's and bullions. I went to the asian market and found all kinds besides just chicken and beef.  Maybe this will help some.

Sherry

Remember you need a real good strainer for these ideas After simmering, let the mixture sit, to fuse the flavors and vitamins. I kept a container to put the left over veggies in to use when I make a soup for the mushie stage....I am not wasting anything! lol Its in my freezer. You can also add unflavored Whey protein to any soup to give it a creamier texture.

  Beef Broth
Chopped onions (to make an onion soup)
Green peppers and chopped onions
Green onions for a different onion taste
Carrots/ celery/ onions
A shot of soy sauce and a small amount of wasabi paste
A shot of Whorchestershire
Chopped cabbage/onions,celery/carrots
No tomatoes without asking your doctor...We can't at WW.

Chicken Broth
Add some poultry seasoning, chopped celery and carrots
Shrimp broth/ It's not fishy tasting like you would think...It has a bisque type flavor
Old Bay
Use any fresh veggies you like or enjoy to flavor the broth for the vitamins but this has to be strained very well to be free of particles.

Would it make you feel any better if I told you I feel sorry for you?  10 days of PRE-OP liquids would probably have made me postal!  Much good luck to you and keep your eye on the prize!  It is so worth all the torture they put you through!

Just wanted to let you know that I picked up the Walmart brand of Activia light yesterday for about half of what the true brand costs.  It's called Benefit.
