I am not sure what you are meaning by Bugee. But there has been several who has been through stictures where they have to stretch out the opening to the stoma

I think you're talking about a bougie which is the round "sizer" they use to determine the size of your tummy in the Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy or VSG or sleeve.  If so, then the answer is no.  Your tummy is supposed to be small and that's a good thing.  Now if you actually mean the stoma, the opening from the tummy to the intestines, then yes, it can be too small and has to be opened up via a procedure called an EGD.

Ok, if I gave out misinformation then I'm sorry but I think that's all correct!
