If you are like me and sick of trying to find bars and shakes that don't taste totally artifical, it's a great natural and easy to find alternative!  With no weird after taste!
What a great snack! For 230 calories (8 grms of fat(1 grm saturated), 16 grms of carbs, 3 grms of sugar, 5 grms of fiber, and 25 grms of protein)

I'm sorry, but that doesn't look near as appetizing as my Protein shakes from Dr. W....and mine have no sugar, no carbs, and like 46 grams of Protein

It is kinda hard to tell what this is.  I went to your site and see that it is cottage cheese and sunflowwer seeds!  It sounds greeat...I love both!  I usually eat a little cottage cheese every day and this will give me the crunch I like.  Thanks for the tip!

I eat that sometimes, and also make pimento cheese with cottage cheese, pimentos and shredded cheddar.  Both taste a lot better than they look.  I also like cottage cheese and salty peanuts.  Cottage cheese and unsalted almonds is just bland on bland....blech.

Oh heck, since I'm on a roll, cottage cheese, pecans and cinnamon is good too-looks like puke but tastes kind of like a cinnamon roll.
