GAH! CRAP! ERGH!
My friend just called to tell me that she was in the ER with her little one early this morning, and that reminded me...we had a 0930 appt for my 9 YO this morning. If there's a no-call no-show for an appointment, it doesn't matter if the military member had anything to do with it, a letter gets sent to their commander letting them know. Grrr. I even have it on the calendar, I just completely forgot that today was Thursday.
At least I can say that this is the first time it's happened in 11 years.

I did that with one of the baby's apts a few months back. I dont think they send letters to the command, if they did our Cpt would file 13 it anyways. We have a very small uint an they have bigger fish to fry besides worrying with what the wife an kids miss.
Hopefully they will just forget to send it! lol

Tinker is stupidly anal about stuff like that. I called DH and warned him that his commander might get a nasty gram from the clinic, he said his commander would likely send it back with a "your point is?" added to the bottom.
Thankfully the lady that I talked to when I rescheduled was nice about it. I told her that I completely forgot that it was Thursday and she told me, "Sweetie, it's spring break and I've got four kids, I gotcha!" LOL
