Boredom and WW support group tonight...
I will be there tonight until 7 when I have to leave for another engagement. I don't know that I am bored. It just seems like a normal lifestyle to me now. I know I eat too many carbs but they are usually healthy carbs. I have definitely cut back on the sweets. That was going to be a slippery slope to fat again.
Yeah, well, I still have another 40 pounds to go until I can play around with it! I've already seen the slippery slope and I don't wanna go there ever again!
I think I need to get a copy of my pre-op pic from WeightWise and paste it up on the fridge and also at my office. Nancy Gene did that and I think it's brilliant!

Does any body know when the red bud classic is, it might be something that I would be interested in. I have been incorporating jogging into my workout, i alternate between running and walking, I really like it. I walk a little and then I have the urge to jog, so I jog for several blocks, I love it.

I'll be there - I know what you mean about the boredom thing! It got old for me, but, I am fighting it really hard. This week has actually been a good week. I found this park with a walking trail in Mustang (I think it's about 2 miles) and I have been walking every night with Chelsea. I actually look forward to it! I got bored with the food, with the exercise..etc.... I think that when we reach a certain point, we need other things to inspire us! Such as what John mentioned. I will be happy to walk (haven't tried running yet) anywhere. I am doing the 5 K Revlon fight for cancer cure walk in Los Angeles with my sister, in May, so that is a focus for me at the moment. The lighter I am, the better I will do (unless I die for breathing in the L.A. smog!!)
