where were you last year at this time
Last year at this time how were you handling the seasonal changes? Rather pre or post op did the warm weather make you change your plans?
For me I was recoverying from another hernia repair but I was looking forward weather hoping that for the first time I wouldnt be sweating like crazy and miserable all the time...Plus I was thinking of swimming...now how about you?

This time last year I was preparing to go to California in April and glad that I had lost weight but completely unsure of what size I would be when I was ready to go-so some of the things I bought were too big, some did not fit yet, and a pair of shorts made it to Glitter completely unworn because I forgot about them.
This year we are going in May, and I'm so much less conflicted because I KNOW what size I will be, I know I can find clothes in the goodwill or the catalogue or anywhere I want and if I find something today it will still fit in May. Now, I'm not complaining, just acknowledging that not knowing what size you are going to be for a trip is a huge pain in the patootie.
Last year I was dreaming of scuba lessons, bought them at the end of last summer. Might actually TAKE them this spring. (It got cold before I got ready and this girl doesn't do cold water EVER).
I've already moved into sleeveless tops. Yes, my upper arms are a fright, but it's less concerning to me than sweaty armpits. Thanks to two very good goodwill runs, I have enough jeans to have some for fall, cool days AND cutoffs. NO MORE Jean Rationing....debating whether it's "safe" to cut them off or should wait for sure warmer weather.
I still am searching for the elusive swimsuit. My dilemma-now that I'm at the size I want to be, "it fits" is not good enough criteria. I want something that is cute, BUT, I do water aerobics, climb in and out of boats, chase dogs, etc. so I also want something that will keep everything that is supposed to be covered covered.
Some of my end of summer clothes are still ok for this summer, meaning I now have OLD clothes in which to garden and do dirty things......so, I'm ready to get dirty.
I am a huge goodwill shopper...always seem to find some good deals there versus salvation army..whos prices are higher
