Glittery Kim and Amy got it right! It gets a little dull after a while to go through the same food and water routine and "being good" gets kind of old - I think at some point we just want to get to where our goal is and be done with it; however, we are never really done with it, because if we ever are, we will eventually be back where we started from! And we don't want to go back there. It is a daily struggle, but hang in there, focus of what is important to you and fight for it. I struggle not with eating the wrong foods or overeating, but I get the munchies a lot and it takes all I got to fight that..and it seems that the more time goes by, the worse it gets. But, I do fight it and most of the times, I win.....You can do it!!
THIS IS A DAILY STRUGGLE FOR ME, TOO! THERE ARE SO MANY "BAD" THINGS THAT I WANT TO EAT.SOMETIMES IF THE URGE IS REALLY STRONG I WILL EAT A BITE OF WHAT I AM CRAVING AND GET OVER IT. LIKE SOMETIMES AROUND THAT TIME OF THE MONTH I WANT M&M'S SO I HAVE 1 OR 2 AND THEN I'M GOOD TO GO TIL NEXT TIME. SOMETIMES I JUST NEED A TASTE. I'M NOT TELLING YOU THAT THIS IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO BECAUSE I KNOW DR B AND JESS WOULD GET ON ME BUT THAT IS HOW I COMPROMISE AND IT KEEPS ME FROM GORGING MYSELF LATER. HOPE YOU GET BACK ON TRACK AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
