ok..I just want to know what the heck is goin on here...lol. I have not had any back problems or aches up until these past couple of weeks. I feel like I am 104 yrs old..its weird. Could it be because of losing weight and shifting of weight? Very puzzling...hmmmm

I have heard that your weight shifts around and it can cause some issues.  I didn't have this issue but hopefully someone else will chime in here and help out.  Sorry you're feeling creaky!

Oh yeah, and it's all kinds of fun. I 've had this come and go severel different times. It just goes away as quickly as it comes on.

Oh my gosh!! I was going to ask the same question because every muscle and joint in my body is feeling like I have the flu! I have no idea what is going on...I took a potassium pill thinking that could be it, but it is still the same....I am equally as puzzled!  I know I am old, but I shouldn't be feeling like this! It has to be something lacking....but what??

LOL I know what youmean I have a bad hip and back and about 2 weeks ago I was hurting like I havent in forever. I swear I wanted to cut my hip off. I actually told mom I thought losing this weight was supposed to make those joints hurt less. Then I got to thinking that even before I started thegym I was still doing so much more moving bending, walking and such than before surgery that I was moving them alot more so the reason for the pain.

Yes, this happens to me still, every few months or so - I truly do believe it is shifting of weight....they pretty much come and go.
