Eatting to fast or Sticture

I am 3 mos post RNY and the doc wants me to have another EGD.  I am having probs with meat, namely chicken, pork and some beef.  Get what you refer to as the foamies, intense pain and vomiting.  This is 3 -4 x a week.  The doc mentioned stricture and possible balloon to enlarge opening to pouch.  I am afraid of this.  Maybe I eat too fast, not chewing enough or two big a bite?  I use a baby spoon when I eat.  Most liquids go okay, sometimes a problem with milk.  Too soon for this, or normal?  Any suggestions or advice?

After a year out I still get the foamies when I eat.  Just yesterday I did and then threw up.  It was because I ate to fast and didn't chew well.  I personally think ( just my opinion) three months is pretty soon after surgery to think that you shouldn't have the foamies and some pain.  Your pouch will eventually stretch as time goes on. Good luck.
