Has anyone heard from Winniebago

I was just sitting here wondering if anyone has heard from Winnie... He was sick last week and then his brother fell ill.   I don't know him personally... but just wanted to know an update about him and his family...

he replied to a post about me and didnt mention that anything else was wrong...so hopefully no news is good news.

I'm here and I promise I'm okay!!

I went to Weightwise today for a blood test to make certain my hemoglobin levels are returning to normal after the blood loss.  I improved from 8 to 10.  My pulse and BP are also much more normal.  Dr. Walton was kind enough to see me for a bit to look at the huge bruise on my tummy.  Nothing wrong and it will get better.

Mark is still in the hospital.  He's taking IV antibiotics and the mass has returned.  We're very frustrated because the doctor isn't telling us much.  The vascular surgeon's communication skills and bedside manner leave a lot to be desired.  The doctor has ordered NPO (no food/water) after midnight so there's a chance he may go in to surgery tomorrow.  At this point we just don't know what is going on but I'm thinking a second opinion is in order.

I agree Jay. It does seem odd that they are taking a wait and see attitude on this. I would have thought they would have gone in and taken care of it by now. It is hard for me to trust some doctor that I can't talk to or really trust. their judgment without an explanation. It sounds like you have one of the non-communicators as his doc.
I am so sorry you all are going through this on top of the worry. I'm still praying for all of you and that soon things will be on the upside! Be sure during your time with your Brother, you don't forget to drink. I had a couple days of that and it can happen easily.

I know i dont' know you but i was a little concerned... I am very glad you are doing ok.   and you are right you need a second opinion... and a doctor that can communicate.... Not all are like him so i would push for either another doctor or info.

I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.. and also your brother and folks...
