Weekly Weigh In Reports

last week 165   this week 163   -2lbs.                 

Last week 179.3.  This week 176.4.  Only 1.4 to the high end of my goal, and 6.4 to the low end.  At 173.6, I'll be literally half the man I used to be.  How cool is that?

Ed Earl - don't get too skinny!  I think it's time you stopped losing weight now, k? 

Very soon.   My PCP said 170-175, and that's what I'm gunning for.  I'm nearly there.  I'd love to make it before my surgical anniversary.

From your lips to God's ears!  Cross your fingers!  If I hit 100 pounds in the morning, there won't be anyone that doesn't know it!!!!!

Today's weight (3/10/2009) - 387

For a grand total of  --  61 pounds!!!
