6 week follow up today

Well I did my 6 week follow up today with Dr. Walton because Dr. B was out of town. It went really well and the most amazing this is I got to weigh. Many of you know I don't own a scale so I haven't weighed since my diet class exactly one month before. I have lost a total of 81 pounds since I started the pre-op diet until today. I have lost 39 pounds since surgery. I almost passed out when I realized I have lost 81 pounds. I have never lost that much weight in my life, ever. Even though I still a lot left to loose this journey so far has been amazing, and I am so happy I did it!
