Now might be a good time to let your elected officials know

With healthcare reform on the front burner-a quick e-mail to your representative about your own personal experiences with WLS and insurance couldn't hurt.  My experience was insurance wouldn't pay, I did, and now I'm 10 times healthier.

I keep telling myself I need to let it go but this is an opportunity to be heard that might help someone else.
