YES, YES and YES. I got lucky one day and called during my lunch hour and actually got a human and she happened to be a billing supervisor. I was disputing about 850 worth of charges and she worked with me and it got taken care of. It was their fault. I've head many others with the same issues. Keep calling them, write down when you call, the date, time, who you end of talking to and what they say each time.
I talk with the operator and that person connects me with their phone and I get the answering machine and I leave a message, but never get a call back. Then I call again and still get the answering machine. If I did that at work I would be in a heap of trouble. It really gets flustrating. You know it is long distance for us to keep calling. Sorry I am on my soap box today.
