Update on me

Life is getting better.  Drs. W and B went in for a look around.  Something was causing me to bleed into my abdomen but it had corrected itself.  However, I lost 2 liters of blood in to the area where my old tummy was.  They got it all out and inspected everything VERY closely.  There was nothing in there that would leave them concerned.

I've been getting stronger and no longer fall down when I try to walk.  My heart rate is coming down to normal now that I am making blood to replace what was lost.

I *might* get to come up to group for a bit but I certainly welcome anyone to visit.  I'm in room 1 under the auspices of some of the best nurses I've ever worked with.

I was there this moring but I didn't know you were back in jail...er...I mean, the hospital!  But I've been pretty sick the last couple of days so I wouldn't have exposed you for anything!

So glad you are doing better and glad that Dr's W and B took such good care of you.  Should be smooth sailing from now on!

I'm glad to hear that you are doing better and are on the mend!
That sounded scarey!

When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left, and could say, "I used everything you gave me." Erma Bombeck

I am sorry!! I didn't know you had a set back!!  I have been in my own little world of recovery here and had no clue!!

I know the docs took good care of you though!  If I make it to group tonight I will check to see if you are still holding Room 1 hostage!!

Yes I am doing fine - some pain but it is getting better!  Keep up the good work and your great attitude!  Complications do happen and fortunately we have a great team to fix them!!

Hang in there!!  Ruth
