Kim, you are doing awsome. Your Avitar is beautiful and shows how much you really are changing. You are only a short couple lbs away and soon they will fall off and you will be in the club! I am so glad you went today.  I think sometimes we dread things that we really need to do.
Maybe the Vo2 will help show you things you can change....all I know is what I see in the Avitar shows you have been doing many things right! Hang in there!
