You are awesome!!!!  I am so glad you kept your appt. and went.  You look really good and I know you will see your goal sooner than you think. I always enjoy reading your post.  You just have a way of making me smile....

Kimmie-you are doing so great and I'm so proud of you and so delighted that you are my friend.  The crud is one that hangs on, so be kind to yourself and drink lots while you have it.
