9 month post-op visit for me today at WW

I had my 9 month check up today and it went very well.  According to the WeightWise scale, I am down a total of 96.5 pounds so far!  The WeightWise scales seem to be kinder than my home scales.  So I'll claim the 2 pounds and say they are more accurate!    As soon as Nancy Gene tells me how to calculate my extra weight lost percentage, I'll add it. 

edited to add:  I've lost 70.6% of my extra weight!  That is spectacular!

I am only 40 pounds from goal and I can't believe it.  I reconfirmed by goal weight with Jessica today and she said it was fine.  I can't even imagine getting there but it would be a thrill for this gal's heart!

Never got to see Walton because he had emergency surgery this morning.  Sure hope it's none of our good folks here.  I know it wasn't Winne since he was yesterday!  And I hope that whoever it was is ok now.

Spoke to Jessica, the nutritionist and she was so kind and helpful.  Love her!  I got to ask her all of my questions and got some good guidance.  I'm also going back for another VO2 test so we can make sure I'm exercising as efficiently as possible.

I've had the creeping crud the last 2 days so I won't be at support tonight which makes me sad.  But I would never expose my favorite peeps to this stuff!

Thank you to all who encouraged me to keep my appointments today.  It was the right call and I love you for the guidance!

Your not missing anything.LOL .The scale hasn't moved in 2 months. But then again, it's had no reason to. I'm working on that. Hope to see you soon.

Not sure that you have noticed this or not but you're pretty much at goal so celebrate you!

That's awesome news Kim!!!  I'm so glad that all went well with your follow up.  You're only 3.5 pounds from 100!!!  That's AWESOME!!!  In 9 short months 100 pounds....  I know you'll get there.  We all just forget that this isn't a race don't we?  Hope you get to feeling better.  I have a sinus infection myself and don't know if I'll make it to the meeting tonight either.

It's actually 12 months (pre-op diet started 3/14/09) but we'll keep that our little secret!  Thanks!  Hope you feel better too!

Wow Kim I am impressed with how much you have lost. You have a great job with your tool. Be proud of what you have accomplished!

Thanks Gal!  I am proud and hope to one day be able to post that I'm at goal too.  I'm sure you will be close behind!
