AAAAARRRRRRGGGGGG....venting
I talked about this in a support group meeting....you are losing weight....some men can nto deal with that...its like when you were heavier he knew you wouldnt wander off now that the weight is coming off he is afraid you will find someone better and apparently you desire someone better....so instead of reaching for the oreos reach for better dreams....take a walk listen to a great cd...as for the kitty..My heart goes out to ya...the pain will ease with time and when you are ready for another one then adopt one...
just stay away from the oreos they are mena little demons with no respect...
Awww, Jennifer, I'm SO sorry.
Men can be such PITA's at times....and yeah, so can we. I have found it's helpful to make a list of pros and cons about your relationship and see if was really a blessing or a sadness--men don't communicate very well as we know. There could be any number of reasons he left you, but you may never find out. And with that said, we all know we dwell on US, what did WE do wrong? Blah Blah Blah. Whatever. It could be you, it could be him. I would just see if it's worth anguishing about, you know? It's always a nice attitude adjuster when we have love and support from a man in our lives, but hey, we're strong women, right? someone said in the replies that he might not be able to deal with your drastic changes to your outside, and better to know it now, right?
And as for poor kitty, you were able to love him for a longggg time and it's always incredibly hard to let one go but it's the kindest thing. I'm glad you have a wild child to get some kitty-love from!
It's ALWAYS good to vent. I always try to dissuade people from 'vengeance' whether it's verbal or physical, just take the higher road! It will be better for you. And forgive him (ex) for not knowing how to be good enough for you.
