HEY Kim!
I don't mean to threadjack but i'm 25 and single!!!  LOL.

Jennifer, I'm so sorry to hear about your struggles. But I'll past a good story I read just today...it may help ya.

God's Cake
Sometimes we wonder, "What did I do to deserve this?" or "Why did God have to do this to me?" Here is a wonderful explanation!
A daughter is telling her Mother how everything is going wrong, she's failing algebra, her boyfriend broke up with her and her best friend is moving away.

Meanwhile, her Mother is baking a cake and asks her daughter if she would like a snack, and the daughter says, "Absolutely Mom, I love your cake."

"Here, have some cooking oil," her Mother offers. "Yuck" says her daughter.

"How about a couple raw eggs?" "Gross, Mom!"

"Would you like some flour then? Or maybe baking soda?" "Mom, those are all yucky!"

To which the mother replies: "Yes, all those things seem bad all by themselves. But when they are put together in the right way, they make a wonderfully delicious cake! "

God works the same way. Many times we wonder why He would let us go through such bad and difficult times. But God knows that when He puts these things all in His order, they always work for good! We just have to trust Him and, eventually, they will all make something wonderful!

God is
crazy about you. He sends you flowers every spring and a sunrise every morning.
Whenever you want to talk, He'll listen. He can live anywhere in the universe, and He chose
your heart.
If you like this, send this on to the people you really care about. I did.

Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we are here we might as well dance.

I noticed you were in Edmond.  I live in Moore.  Sorry about the struggles you have been going through.  We all go through them and I know how you feel.  Sometimes you wonder how much more you can take.

Hang in there.  Things will get better.

Jennifer you are such a beautiful girl, inside and out.  Your ex boyfriend will be crawling back once he realizes what he let go. Of course by then you are going to be on to bigger and better things!! LOL!  I'm so sorry you have been going through a tough time.  They say the greater the battle the greater the victory so sweet victory should be coming your way soon!!

You are 36???  Dang girl you look GOOD!  My son (Glitter's nephew) has a thing for red heads!  He will kill me for announcing that!

Sorry for all the problems you are having.  You are wise to post here and vent.  This the right place to get support from folks that understand the struggle.  Things will get better- promise.  Don't know what to tell you on the dating front.  That is a wild and crazy ride!  The Venus and Mars thing is real and living- at least in my experience.

I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

That EX-boyfriend can suck it as far as I'm concerned!  It's his loss and he will know that someday--if he already doesn't!

As for your kitty, I am truly sorry.  I am a fellow cat lover, and I did have 8 up til last week when I tragically ran over one with my pick up.  He was under the bed and made it a few blocks down the road until he fell and there was nothing I could do.  It was very tragic.  Now his brother has run away, I suppose because he feared I might run him over also.  So I'm keeping all the others hostage until they settle down.

Just know that you're in my prayers and someday soon this will all be a memory and you will be a better woman for surviving it!
