Still losing more....trying gain.... but no worries...life is good... I have stopped working out... maybe the lack of working out will stop it for a while.... I broke out of ketosis last week (chocolate brownies on pupose).... so I'm just wanting to gain a 15 pounds to even out for a while.... i like everything on my normal diet an i think that keeps pulling me back into ketosis....so i'm gonna find new choces for a bit... not to mention, a good beer...hehe...

Not completely sure I trust that these are pounds gone forever, but I sure as heck hope they are... I'm sick & tired of playing with the same 4 pounds! I've been inspired by so many of you this week, that I feel like I am headed the right direction again!

It's been over a month since I was able to swim, and my body is screaming for the pool. I'm praying that it will get fixed soon. I've been banned from walking (my heart), and my arm bike is just not cutting it (although I continue to use it). With all that, I guess a 3 lb. loss isn't too bad. :)
