I have lost over 100 lbs and am happy with that but truthfully I want to lose much more I still have over 100lbs to go to my goal. I am so close to breaking the 300 pound mark and it seems like my weight lose has slown down again and that 2 in front of my number seems so elusive. I know I know  it is a readjustment period but dang it I would so love to see a new number in front there. Did anyone else have a stall before switching from one number to another even if it was going from Twoterville to Onederland? Ok Thanks for listening to me gripe. and hopfully i am not the only one who feels like the front number wont change. *sigh* yes i weighed today and the loss from last week was not much.

Sarah~  I didn't start out quite a SMO (48.9 BMI, so I was close), but I was just over 300 starting out and it was frustrating.  Getting through the 200's was VERY frustrating.  All I can tell you is don't give up and keep your eye on that prize (the goal)...  it WILL come to you in the end because I know you have what it takes to get there!  *hugs*

GF!  I think its time for a new picture!  You have lost an amazing 100lbs since you started this journey!  What an inspiration you are!  NEVER question that you aren't doing good enough!  You are such an inspiration to me!  You are doing a wonderful job!
I'm very proud and happy for you!!!

Sarah, you will get there.  My first 100 dropped really fast.  I think it was down that much in about 5 months.  I am now at 247 so the rest (70 pounds) has taken 7 months)  It actually hasn't taken that long since I have been at this last 10 pounds for what seems to be forever...2 or 3 months).  Don't worry about it.  IT WILL happen.  Thank goodness we're not in a race and this is a lifetime thing.  I tend to panic when I hear folks talk about the "honeymoon" period and my year will be here on March 12th.  I'm hoping that my honeymoon period is not over.  Hey, I'm not complaining.  You're doing AWESOME Sarah.  Just keep doing what you're doing...it will come off.

(((hugs)))

Sarah!
Its time for an intervention!
DO NOT get on that scale again for awhile! you are becoming a scale junkie! The first hundred is easy to lose then the nect hundred the body clings to every ounce and says HAHA you had surgery but we aint letting it go so fast.
Take a chill pill and enjoy what you have lost.
Like at the clothing exchange you got clothes sizes smaller than what you wear....take out a pair of them and use them as a measuring device. Try then on and see how they fit then do that once a week instead of the scales. Instead of worrying about numbers dang nab it ENJOY what you have done....HELLO one hundred pounds is awesome so  let the next hundred do it thing when it is ready ....
Remember you couldnt have doen this without surgery so why ru****
Believe me you have been blessed! No complications so ENJOY....
I was worrying about having another complication not about numbers...SO relax the next 100 will come off
being healthy has its rewards....take the challenge and just do it

Ok first off thank you all for teh words and the reality check. See I knew bringing in a new scale would not be a good thing. *sigh* and you all are right I have coame a long way already but I guess since I am actually losing it since surgery I am inpatient to get as much weight off as quickly as possible. The new energy level has been awesome and I have so many things planned that I want even more energy. Hmm maybe I am a adenaline junkie too. LOL Thank youf or letting me gripe and fuss and then telling me exactly how it is I can always count on you guys!
