A friend at work pulled this out of her archived email - OH MY GOD this was at a wedding for a friend and it is unbelievable how different I am now from then!! The girl standing next to me was 8.5 months pregnant!!!

Incredible....... to say the least.... i don't even mean the change...I'm only talking about the person...

YEP...that's right....at ANY size that you will ever be...you've proven to me time and time again how beautiful and wonderful of a person that you really are! Without your special version of personality, i would have had much harder time.... you mde the impact and sacrifice to make the difference in my journey. I love you dearly for it....

Thank you for being INCREDIBLE.... some people needed that from you...I just happen to have been one of them.....

Ruth, your before/after pictures are the most amazing transformations. I appreciate your willingness to share them-I still haven't looked at my "before" pictures....LOL. Need to do that I suppose
