UPDATE ON BOOT CAMP~~~~~
WELL I MADE IT THROUGH BOOT CAMP LAST NIGHT!! WHEW!!!!! I HAD MY DOUBTS AND I WAS REAL REAL NERVOUS BEFORE WE GOT THERE BUT MY HUSBAND SAID HE WAS NERVOUS TOO SO I FELT A LITTLE BETTER. MAN THE INSTRUCTOR IS TOUGH BUT I LIKE HIM AND IT WAS ONLY FOR AN HOUR. HE MADE US WORK OUR ARMS AND ABS AND THEN WE HAD TO DO SOME CARDIO. HE MADE ME DO TREADMILL WHICH IS NOT THAT BAD BUT THEN HE CAME BACK AROUND AND MADE ME INCREASE THE INCLINE EVERY MINUTE! THE ARM EXERCISES WEREN'T THAT BAD BUT THE AB EXERCISES KICKED MY @$$ IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN!! I'M NOT SORE YET BUT ASK ME TOMORROW.
OH YEAH WE'RE GOING BACK FOR ANOTHER ROUND TOMORROW NIGHT.
BUT THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT I HUNG IN THERE AND PROVED TO MYSELF THAT I COULD DO IT. THERE WERE SOME EXERCISES THAT PUT ME IN A POSITION THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO HAD I NOT LOST 146LBS!! I FELT SO GOOD BEING ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH ALL THOSE SKINNY WOMEN!! THANKS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT!
