I just looked out on weightwise.com and looked at the events and they are showing a seminar for tonight from 6-8pm does anyone know if this seminar is still on for tonight?   Steph could attend this one and get the ball rolling if it is.

Thanks,

Jerm

That's what she needs to do and just stay afterwards for the questions and tell the doctor that is conducting it what is going on and see if he'd take her case.  She NEEDS IN RIGHT AWAY I know that much!!!  Thanks, Jerm!!  Sometimes these doc offices and facilities front desks get so caught up in "it's suppose to be this way or that way" that they forget who is actually in charge and what they are there for....geez.  We do love WW and our docs but.....come on the lady is sick!!!

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!

Steph,

My recommendation would be that you come to tonight's seminar and we can get you in to see the doctor as early as Thursday for an appointment.  If you feel that your issue is more emergent than that we would gladly see you in the emergency room here in the Bariatric hospital.  Either way, we would be glad to take care of you and get you back on your feet.  Ultimately, it is your choice.  Only you know how acute your probelm is as we have no history on file to go from.  We have approximately six seminars per month which are seldom booked full.  We can typically get a patient in the same week with a surgeon as long as the patients is willing to work within our surgeons open schedules.  Please feel free to call me if you need anything further.

I hope you have luck getting your problem solved.  The only think I want to warn you about is the fact that some doctors do not want to take on another doctor's problem.  I ran into that in Wichita when I developed a leak and was hospitalized 4 times.  The surgeons in Wichita would monitor me but they made me go back to OK for anything that would be related to the surgery,  Hopefully, you will not run into the same problem here.  Good luck and if you can't get into someone soon, please go to the ER.  It might be something serious and you don't want to mess around and have something be seriously wrong.

I enjoyed talking to you at JC Penneys tonight.  I am soooo frustrated for you.  Keep calling tomorrow.  How about asking for Brandi at the edmond foundation hospital?  she is very helpful with patients and insurance issues.
