Has anyone tried the PowerAde Zero or the Diet V8 Splash that is listed on our Stage 1 Liquids?

The diet V8 splash in the tropical flavor was something I had alot during my liquid stage and it helped me shake things up a little.

I liked the Tropical Diet V8 Splash as long as it was cold. I still drink the Powerade Zero, I prefer the grape flavor.

34 lbs. lost before surgery on December 22, 2008. 105 lbs. lost prior to signing up for WLS.

Poweraid zero blue berry is/was a life saver. sorry can not tell you about the v8.

I like them both-still keep the zero around for those upset tummy days. I also like grape Fruit20-it tastes like watered down grape koolaid to me.

I just bought some of the Diet V8 Splash last night. I'm am currently drinking the Berry Blend. I had just finished telling my hubby that I could see myself drinking a lot of this in the near future! It's pretty tasty!
