I need to vent...........
I was stuck for about 6 wks maybe more lol. I was going to the gym,drinking water doing everything I knew to do. And I was really upset!!!!!! So what I done is didn't exercise for more than a week and ate more freely and just kinda put weight loss on the back burner for awhile I know this sounds silly and probably wont work for everyone one ( and I quit weighing ) well I stepped on the scales and was down 5 pds.
Well that was a moment of pure happiness for me when I realized I couldn't and shouldn't try and lose all my weight to quickly. I think we need to realize we didn't gain this overnight and won't lose it that way either.
I understand your frustriation believe you me I have been reduced to tears with all this and finally realized that stress won't help me lose weight just take a step back and be glad you didn't gain 93 lbs.... but lost it!!!!!!!!

ARE YOU DOING THE SAME EXERCISE ROUTINE EVERYDAY? IF SO YOU NEED TO CHANGE IT UP! WORK IN SOME WEIGHT TRAINING WITH YOUR CARDIO OR JUST DO SOME DIFFERENT CARDIO. THAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME SOME AND EVERYTIME I CHANGE UP MY ROUTINE IT STARTS AGAIN. IT IS SLOW GOING NOW BUT I AM NOT GIVING UP AND I DON'T WANT YOU TO EITHER. SO GET READY......
CONSIDER THIS A SLAAAAAPPPP!!! WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT AND WE WILL ALL LOSE DIFFERENTLY. I WAS MUCH, MUCH BIGGER THAN YOU AND I LOST FASTER BUT YOU ARE DOING GREAT YOURSELF! I KNOW IT CAN BE DISCOURAGING BUT DON'T GIVE UP! I JUST REFUSE TO LET YOU GIVE UP! NOW THAT YOU HAVE WHINED A LITTLE LETS CHANGE UP OUR ROUTINE AND GET OVER THIS SLUMP! OK? LOVE YA GAL!
