I'm all back to glittery now.  And I think some of my clothes are fitting a bit better but, dang, it!  I want to be in the Century Club!  LET ME IN THE CENTURY CLUB!!!!!!!

Kim, not a cookie, but a big hug for you.  I have gotten into the bad 'weigh everyday' habit the last few weeks and I haven't been on the bench very long!!  I will stop it too and I know it will help me keep from severe frustration.
Keep up the good work and you will be in the century club before you know it!

Have you tried to increase your water, protein grams, and calories, while keeping carbs down? It's working for me.

You might try uping your protein and calories a little. Since you're exercising your metabolism is going up. You may not be taking in enough calories so your body is hesitant to let any fat go because it thinks its starving.
