I was stuck in the 190 for what seemed like forever.  I was grateful I wasn't gaining during an unfill, but after I started back with filling.....uh, what's up with THAT?  But then, when I started losing again, it just kind of came off steadily like it had before.

My theory is that somehwere nearish the halfway point, the body just says WAITWAIT WAIT!!!! and needs to reset.  Part of that is probably due to motivation issues, because you start looking pretty good (and YOU do my friend) and then next thing you know....maintaining aint so bad.

For me, I need to kick tbe exercise into high high gear because that is what is severely lacking in my current program.  I am going to make my goal of 1200 minutes this month, but it won't be consistent, day to day like I want....

Uh, Glitter, did YOU WEIGH TODAY?  I'm so gonna pound on you if you did.....

Start pounding, my friend.  And yesterday.  And the day before that.  And the day before that.   Well, you get the idea!

I was hoping you would chime in here!  Don't get too involved with those showgirls!  They might break your heart.

I'll bug you next Tuesday, skinny!

First of all stop weighing every day! Not saying stay off the scales for a month, but don't weigh every day and I know you do..... - My personal experience has been that if your body decided to be stuck it will stay stuc****il it's ready to get moving! Back in the fall I was stuck for about two months and the weight fluctuated the same 4 to 5 lbs...I changed the excercise routine (treadmill in the AM instead of night), plus added and changed a few other things, I was trying to eat less, only to get frustrated and ended up eating more. Nothing I did mattered, I honestly thought that was the end of the line for me - I know it's hard, but just do what you are doing and try not to think about it too much - the weight will move again...mine started dropping again after Christmas, so believe me, sooner or later we all go through that - I myself might go through all that again! I don't think my body is going to let go of these last 50 lbs without a fight!!  It's ok to be ticked about, but don't let it dominate your day! Hugs!!
(50 lbs lost pre-op)
