Michael, I am so glad your mom is ok, but I understand the consequenses of falling at an older age....It is not a jump back up and get going ordeal! It is also a constant concern for you and your family and I am truely sorry for you. I bet she was shocked to see you and excited too.....You can not lose the amount you have lost and someone not notice! You are doing great! Don't minimize it at all...It is a huge deal! Every pound gone is a step to the new you and a healthier life!

I am very concerned too, about Dessie. I am praying for her and hope she is in better health soon for both of your sakes.

You sure have alot on your mind lately! Maybe you can take a break and come to the Support meeting, I am sure these crazy people can take your mind off alot of stuff real quick!

Michael  - I hope your Mom feels better real soon - how wonderful of you to come and take care of her! And believe me, you have changed - even after a year I sometimes still don't see it, even though I lost the equivalent of an overweight person! I takes time....but you are doing great!!!! Proud of you!!!! And as Glitter said, get yourself to support group tonite!

Welcome back to Oklahoma!  I'm sorry its under such difficult cir****tances!  Hopefully your mom will be up and around soon!
