Wow Anna...time sure flies when you're having fun. I know that this past year has been fun and full of lots of WOW moments. You have also been an inspiration to me as well. I know you are the "Perfect Patient" as well...just a little heavy still on the foot Miss Speed Racer...in your car that is. (you know we love ya)
Yes, congratulations, Anna. What an awesome year it has been for you, and the 2nd year will be even better...reaching your goal and maintaining all your accomplishments.
Blessings,
Mary

Oh, you remembered! Thanks honey......Can't believe it's been a whole year, and you have nothing to be jelous about!!! You are doing wonderfully!!!
For the most part I can't believe I, of all people, lost so much weight - if anyone would have told me that at the beginning of this journey, I would have said they were crazy. I know it's a rollercoster ride sometimes, but to be really honest, this has not been so tough for me; I really took advantage of my FIVE months on the pre-op diet to learn new behaviors and they stuck with me throughout the time - I also have to thank my grouchy tiny stomach for keeping me away from foods that I shouldn't have! That has probably been what has helped me the most (I guess after chopping off 2/3 of it, it has earned the right to make decisions!!!!.)..and for not being hungry at all - yesterday marked one year since the last time I have been hungry! That is such a wonderful feeling!!! And I can't believe how good I feel....I never thought that would be possible!
I know we can all do this! I still have quite a bit of weight to lose, and it's all on my hips!!!! Maybe my goal for the coming year it to stop obsessing over my rear-end! I'll try.....
Today is Lynette's (Lyntoral) one year surgiversary as well!!! Congrats Lynette!

Lyn, when I look at how much you have lost, it is amazing to me that it really is a whole person lost in a years time!
You look amazing, I have seen that! What I see is a beautiful, confident person and that is the most amazing part. You started a new life! I hope that in what I lose, I gain the strength I see in you! You too are on my "hero"list!! Thank you for inspiring me!

Wow Lynette what an amazing year it has been for you. I know that this has opened all kinds of doors for you in many many ways and I'm so happy and excited for you. It's awesome to hear you talk about biking, jet skiing in a wet suit, going snow skiing, dancing every week and a new beau to boot!!! Way to go and work that tiny tummy and "strutting your stuff"!!!!
Happy 1 year Surgiversary to both Anna and Lynette! I hope you both go celebrate it up in style as you've both done amazing with your weight loss and are truly inspiring to others on the WLS journey! *hugs*
